Creator workflow guide

Make the publishing loop repeatable before you add more tools.

A reliable video workflow is less about a flashy editor and more about reducing the small delays between an idea, an accessible export, and a useful post.

1. Start with one audience problem

Write one sentence describing who needs the video and what they should be able to do afterward. This keeps the edit focused.

2. Capture for the final format

Choose a vertical, square, or horizontal frame before recording. Leave safe space for captions and platform UI instead of cropping important details later.

3. Edit for comprehension

Remove dead air, add readable captions, keep on-screen text brief, and use clear section changes. Accessibility is part of the deliverable, not a final decoration.

4. Review rights and claims

Confirm that music, footage, fonts, logos, and screenshots can be used commercially. Check every product claim against its current official documentation.

5. Export once, reuse deliberately

Keep a clean master, export the platform version, and record the title, description, disclosure, and destination link in a small content log.
